  • Contribute to the development of environmental sustainability policies, procedures and strategies outside of immediate areas of focus, as well as reports and rankings submissions.
  • Recommend appropriate sustainability-related KPIs for inclusion in briefs, tenders and contracts for services such as waste management, cleaning, hospitality, catering and grounds, and support contract managers to effectively monitor outcomes

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field such environmental management, sustainability, social sciences, or economics.
  • Knowledge of change and behavioural science frameworks and demonstrated experience in devising and implementing effective sustainability initiatives with a behaviour change focus.

  • Experience in developing and implementing environmental policies, initiatives and strategies and the ability to translate strategies into effective action plans and measures for success.
  • An effective collaborator and team player with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and secure support for initiatives and sustainable outcomes. Experience of managing volunteers and / or interns would be an advantage.
