About the role
The Switchboard Reception role plays a pivotal role in supporting all services within the facility.
While the main function of the role is answering all incoming calls, the Switchboard operator is a central hub of information for patients. There are numerous patient enquiries and reception duties within this role.
The role is fast paced and supports the facility 7 days a week
Tasks & responsibilities
A regular day will see you:
- Answer, screen and appropriately prioritise all telephone calls and enquiries
- Manage patient queries across both the clinic and the dispensary
- Initiate calls from patients who have left messages and follow up on patients
- Conduct new patient calls
- Demonstrating eagerness to learn new skills and immerse yourself in the medical cannabis space
- Manage administration tasks for the group
