Logan Central Family Clinic is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Our focus is on providing high quality health care and optimal patient service in a professional, caring and friendly environment. We are seeking a Casual receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting patients/clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Timely answering of telephones and handling general enquiries
- Preparation and collation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Preparing and receipting patient accounts
Experience & Attributes:
- Previous experience working within a medical environment as a receptionist
- Experience with Best Practice software will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- Professional telephone manner
An understanding of medical ethics, in particular those relating to confidentiality, will also be required.
The successful applicant will be rostered between up to 3 days.
