Job DescriptionUltimately you will be 'the' TechnologyOne specialist within the organisation.While the system has already been implemented & upgraded, the company is still overly reliant on excel, something they are keen to move away from.You will be the primary point of contact for TechnologyOne questions within the organisation and will be partnering with staff across all levels of the organisation.
Key duties include:- Administering and enhancing the TechnologyOne system
- Extracting data from TechOne and building insightful reports to support decision making
- Implementing process improvements, reducing reliance on excel.
- Implementing new modules & systems - both in & out of TechOne
- Supporting the wider finance team during month end & busy periods
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:- A tertiary qualification in finance, business, or commerce.
- Experience using TechnologyOne, ideally in a Systems Accountant focused capacity
- Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from C-suite through to junior Operational staff
- The ability to work 5 days per week in Pinkenba - this role is office based and doesn't offer WFH regularly.
