AddressWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Project Manager with a strong background in finance to join our private sector client’s team.
Ideally you will have extensive experience managing ERP implementations, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and manage change management processes for ERP projects.
- Educate and support users through system transitions.
- Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate smooth changes.
Required skills
- Proven experience leading large scale ERP implementations
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of ERP data flow.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and report writing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with MYOB would be an advantage.
This is an initial 12 month contract and due to start asap.
