We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Systems Administrator (Azure/M365) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the Agency's critical Azure and M365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Agency's Azure and M365 environments
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management in M365
- Configure and manage Azure networking services
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Implement and maintain security best practices for both Azure and M365
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and M365 features and functionalities
- Provide technical support to users and answer their queries
- Document configurations and procedures for future reference
Essential:
- Advanced experience with the day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Proven experience with Azure networking
- Australian Citizen with verifiable documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with VMware server products
- Initial Contract Duration: 4 Months
- Extension Term: 12 months (subject to performance)
- Location: ACT, NSW, QLD (flexible)
- Security Clearance: Baseline
