BlueBet is a wholly Australian owned full-service bookmaking operation run by a team of Australia's leading industry professionals. The company has made an impressive entry into the market and are now looking to grow their talented team as they expand nationally and globally.
About the role
We run a proprietary betting platform, website and mobile applications and are looking for a versatile Systems Administrator who can help and support users resolve day to day problems and functioning and troubleshoot system issues and maintain reliability. This role is Monday to Friday, however, there may be occasional requirements for weekend work to accommodate peak periods and sporting events.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with end users to provide support and conduct troubleshooting
- Contribute to day-to-day administration and improvements of IT systems
- Administration of Office 365 and providing OS desktop support (Windows 10/11)
- Administer and resolve issues with company systems, to identify problems and highlight bottlenecks
- Ensure the network and infrastructure are as efficient as possible and fix any problems or bugs that are identified
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in a similar role as a Desktop Support Engineer, Helpdesk Technical, Technical Support or related
- Experience with Office 365 Suite administration, Windows 10[AD1] /11 and Cloud Technologies including MS Azure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A good understanding of emerging technologies
- The ability to explain complex technological information and solutions in simple terms
- The ability to provide exceptional IT support at all levels
