Responsibilities
- Undertake market research and internal consultations to understand functionality, system integration, reporting capabilities, and security
- Translate business and technical needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in analysing system needs and documenting them as business requirements
- High-level knowledge and experience of learning management systems.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
