Aboutthis opportunityReporting to the Delivery Manager, Advice and Zendesk, his role is responsible to ensure a stable operation and support service across the Zendesk and Amazon Connect Platforms. You will support, investigate, analyse, develop, configure, test, document, and provide recommendations for improving system functionality and operations across all environments to create a better user experience and viable outcomes.
This is a Max Tem Contract to cover Parental Leave and is needed immediately through until the end of July 2024. If successful you would be employed as a day rate contractor via one of our preferred suppliers.
How do you exceed ourexpectations?To be successful in this opportunity you must have proven experience in both Zendesk and Amazon Connect. You must be available immediately or within a short notice period.
