About the role
As part of our People Services team, the Analyst – People Systems & Reporting is responsible for managing and optimising our People systems and is instrumental in ensuring the integrity and maintenance of employee master data within People systems.
This role is accountable for analysing, identifying and recommending efficiencies in work practices and system performance, and contributes to People and Culture (P&C) wide technology solutions. In addition, the Analyst will provide the organisation with standard and ad hoc People reporting.
What you will bring
- Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience in HR/payroll systems administration, business analyst or similar role (expertise with Aurion/Dayforce advantageous)
- Experience in process mapping, gathering business requirements and conducting comprehensive investigations
- Reporting experience using data analytic tools, such as PowerBI, with ability to manipulate, manage and combine data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to identify the most effective and efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- Understanding and knowledge of all current compliance practices and legislation
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to build strong customer and client relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Sound quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems and exercise initiative and judgment where practices and procedures are not clearly defined
- Capability to coordinate and support the entire quantitative analysis cycle – from auditing and management of HR data, through to analysis, interpretation and presentation of findings
