- Provide support and advice of a general nature to Automotive Systems management in relation to IS systems
- Maintenance and configuration of core Automotive Services platforms including, but not limited to, CARS and associated systems, Automotive Services reporting systems
- Assist with the coordination and support aspects of team based projects targeted at enhancing member experiences and operational efficiencies across the Automotive Services business
- Manage the system testing framework to ensure that all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is completed within the required timeframes, including regression testing relating to the implementation and modification of up-stream systems
- Partner and support business stakeholders to establish and maintain staff engagement forums to improve End to End (E2E) outcomes and targets
- Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, RAA’s data and application team and data analysts from other business units to discuss requirements, issues and opportunities
- Provide accurate & timely monthly performance and statistical reports relating to roadside and telephony, reflecting key business drivers
- Provide effective leadership with your team and within Automotive Service forums

For this role, we’re also looking for:
- Certificate in Frontline Management or similar (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (desirable)
- Experience in Management or leadership roles within a diverse team
- Proven experience managing specialist staff, preferably within a systems, technical or analytical environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing process improvement projects
- Sound knowledge of ICAD modules and system processes
- Sound understanding of conventional project management disciplines and protocols
- Familiarity and working knowledge in the operation and management, preferably in a 24/7 shift working environment, of one or more of the following: call centre, remote field based workgroup, manufacturing facility
- Sound understanding on support processes and resolution
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills to communicate well, build relationships and influence others
