Your ImpactThe Time & Attendance Specialist is responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, administration, quality and compliance of T&A systems and related services in the “Hire-to-Retire” process.You will ensure the high quality of compliance and administration of T&A systems, fulfilment of compliance requirements across the T&A, payroll, and employee relations areas, and governance of data quality, operational controls and compliance processes.In addition, you will support delivery of Service Levels, business KPI's, enhanced business user experience, and service improvement across the “Hire-to-Retire” process area.
Key responsibilities- Implementation and maintenance of a newly established support for T&A Administration
- Implementation and maintenance of user guides, documentation and procedures as they related to T&A Administration
- Responsible for the administration of all time & attendance and related systems ensuring continuous maintenance of required data and systems related processes to a high quality standard
- End user training
- Enable incident-free payroll execution based on quality system inputs and outputs
- Support delivery of Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy
- Responsible for the compliance of all time & attendance and related systems to Asahi Beverages policies and standards, legislative, regulatory and statutory requirements
- Support collection of data, calculation and submission of statutory obligations related to Payroll operations as required
- Provide input into and support implementation of the roadmap for Payroll optimisation program, aligned to the overall Business Optimisation, Automation and Integration strategies.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in large, complex organisations and a solid understanding of payroll processes.
- Extensive Kronos experience is essential
- Be able to establish processes and procedures and associated
- Documentation and user guides
- Previous experience in delivering T&A system maintenance and support for end users
- Chris21 and ADP experience/knowledge desirable
