Job Overview:As an Internal Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with various departments, particularly in the realms of white-collar positions, shared services, and engineering, to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across white-collar, shared services, and engineering disciplines.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract potential candidates and enhance our market presence.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and robust pool of candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics to provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their staffing needs and provide a seamless recruitment experience.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within white-collar, shared services, or engineering sectors.
