We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and shape the future of our Talent Acquisition on a 12-Month Part time contract

- Be a part of a tight-knit national team responsible for some of the world's most complex, exciting, and award-winning decommissioning, demolition & remediation projects.
Make an impact in these key areas of responsibility:
- Assisting with end to end recruitment for blue and white collar roles – developing and placing ads, sourcing candidates, screening, shortlisting, booking interviews with applicants and business leaders, responding to all unsuccessful candidates
- Develop candidate pool for various key roles including from overseas
- Sourcing candidates across a number of platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, etc
- Support the onboarding process of employees, working with SMEs to deliver a positive experience for applicants, such as reference checks, booking medicals and inductions, collection of payroll information, and issuing employee contracts
- Maintaining the Talent System and records throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, inclusive of appointment details, sourcing evidence of qualifications and certificates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Research Talent Acquisition best practice and recommend improvements
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level.
- Prepare monthly Talent Acquisition report

- Recruitment experience within industrial sectors (blue-collar industries), especially trade roles and equipment operators
- Strong knowledge of different sourcing techniques and ability to think outside the box
- A progressive and understanding of what great talent looks like today

- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheet.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
