Job description
An exciting opportunity awaits a Talent Acquisition professional looking to work with a leading NFP Education Provider in the heart of Sydney CBD. As part of a collaborative and passionate team, you will own the end to end recruitment for your regions, specialising in the Early Education space.
You will have previous recruitment experience and enjoy establishing and nurturing strong working connections with key stakeholders. In a candidate-short market, you will demonstrate initiative by actively building a candidate pipeline.
As a valued member of the business, you should embrace communication, compassion and resilience throughout your role. This is a 12 month FTC with flexible working after initial onboarding.
Key Accountabilities
Find innovative ways to attract quality candidates and manage high volume recruitment campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service and hiring solutions to the businesses managers
Create engaging and long lasting relationships with your key stakeholders and candidates
Partner with the broader TA and P&C team, leading by example and using proactive communication
Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role (high-volume experience preferred)
Team player who can work independently in a collaborative environment
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
