Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles within our organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. With a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, you'll serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process. • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Manage all interactions on our ATS system.
• Create dynamic advertisements to attract the best candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that prioritise hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best candidate experience.
• Reflect company culture in all interactions with internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1+ year)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Experience using recruitment systems (ATS, Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech recruitment experience advantageous.
