The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisorat RSEA Safety you will be an integral part of our HR team, where you will take the lead in managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes and assist managers through the recruitment lifecycle. You will be highly competent in conducting and managing multiple recruitment processes in a high-volume environment. This is a dynamic and fast paced role where you will thrive in supporting a team to help them to connect great talent with great opportunities.

As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in our Talent Acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidate applications, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Timely and effective management of stakeholder relationship and always delivering exceptional customer service to candidates.
- Resourcing activities such as candidate searching and creation of talent pools on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Using social media platforms to promote employment brand messaging to drive traffic to open roles.
- Build exceptional relationships with stakeholders, having the ability to influence recruitment and talent related decisions.
- Provide coaching and sound advice to stakeholders, finding creative and unique solutions to complex recruitment matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop job descriptions and job postings that attract high-quality candidates.
- Provide onboarding support as required.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting the HR team as required.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in conducting and managing multiple recruitment processes in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrate high level of understanding of recruitment sourcing, tools, implementing sourcing strategies, plans to drive an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates.
