About theRole
As our new Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activity for the ADF Health Services Contract (AHSC). You will partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and deliver insightful recommendations for optimal solutions. Delivering a full end-to-end talent advisory service, you will proactively plan, attract, and source the right candidate for the role.
You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance as required by the specific requirements of various specialist/ technical and non-technical roles. In the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will also support the wider AHSC Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Acquisition Lead, Health with strategic initiatives, process improvements, and overall team support.
About You
You’re a go-getter with a passion for providing high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience across all levels. Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will see you quickly grasp business requirements and prioritise essential recruitment activity. With a strong work ethic, you will be driven and motivated to deliver best practice recruitment solutions to meet business objectives.
To be successful, you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience working in healthcare recruitment, either in-house or agency (required)
- Technical sourcing capabilities using Boolean/X-Ray search and creating talent pipelines
- Knowledge and/ or experience working with mental health would be highly regarded
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and large volume of roles
- Prior experience using SuccessFactors and LiveHire would be desirable
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Ability to market map using and source proactively in niche markets to find passive candidates
- Understanding of wider resourcing related areas including but not limited to talent insights and metrics, branding, diversity, talent mobility, social media, and workforce planning
