About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant - Medical Centres is responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements in collaboration with our Area Manager and Practice Manager teams across the Myhealth network.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Talent Acquisition, GP Engagement and Recruitment Consultant, GP's, Area Managers, Practice Managers, Support Office staff. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for:
- Attracting & recruiting new Practice Managers and Registered Nurses to the Myhealth network across Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Gold Coast
- End to End Recruitment process management
- Use recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder and build talent pools
- Facilitating & supporting Practice Managers and Nurses through the onboarding process, including contracts and administrative support tasks in collaboration with local Area Managers
- Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and GP Engagement and Recruitment Consultant QLD/VIC with administrative assistance for GP Recruitment where possible
- Assist the Head of Talent Acquisition and GP Engagement and Recruitment Consultant in the creation and roll out of training pathways for our Practice Mangers and RN's with associated RTO's
- Additional administration tasks as required
- WFH/Hybrid position which can be based in Sydney (office location) or Melbourne, Brisbane/Gold Coast

- Previous experience in a recruitment role (healthcare desirable)
- Previous experience recruiting Registered Nurses and/or Practice Managers highly desirable but not required.
- Ability to multitask with good attention to detail
- Personable with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use recruitment management systems (Jobadder or similar) and leverage technology to attract, source and hire candidates
