About the role
Are you a recruitment specialist with a passion for leadership and customer service excellence? If so, we want you to be a leader at Grampians Health as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of one of the leading healthcare providers in the Grampians region.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will oversee a specific workforce portfolio and lead a team of recruitment and administration professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional, customer-oriented recruitment services, driving innovation and efficiency in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities for team members.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple campuses and departments.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Skills and experience
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or Business (Degree highly regarded).
- Previous leadership experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
