About the role
Are you a recruitment specialist with a passion for leadership and customer service excellence? If so, we want you to be a leader at Grampians Health as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of one of the leading healthcare providers in the Grampians region.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will oversee a specific workforce portfolio and lead a team of recruitment and administration professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional, customer-oriented recruitment services, driving innovation and efficiency in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities for team members.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple campuses and departments.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or Business (Degree highly regarded).
- Previous leadership experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Selection Criteria
- Essential : Have you received three doses of a COVID19 vaccine? If no, please provide further detail regarding doses received, booking dates and/or other relevant information.
- Essential : The successful candidate must hold, or be prepared to undergo, an employee Working with Children Check (WWCC). Please advise if you currently hold an employee WWCC, if not are you willing to undergo one?
- Desirable : Do you have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or business and/or significant recruitment experience. If yes, please detail and attach any qualification with your application
- Essential : Do you have previous experience in contemporary recruitment tools, processes and relevant legislation? If so, tell us about that experience and if you have had prior experience and knowledge of the Targeted Selection methodology and the use of Psychometric assessments?
