In partnership with Ocado we are in the process of delivering a brand new state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in Victoria. Harnessing the latest technology this site will offer a wider range to our customers and safer, cleaner environment for our staff. As this site ramps up we have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our thriving team, on-site at Truganina.
About the role
We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead high-volume recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced environment.
This is an 8-month full-time contract. Perks include on-site parking, working with a cutting-edge automation platform, an engaging work environment with continuous challenges, and a fantastic team.
Day-to-day you will:
- Partner with People & Culture and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs
- End-to-end recruitment process management delivering a great customer and candidate experience through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, checks and job offer
- Proactive sourcing and pipelining utilising appropriate channels to market
- Be a part of regular business and leadership meetings to maintain a strong understanding of the relevant recruitment activity and support stakeholder decision making.
- Use your knowledge and experience to provide data insights and provide meaningful reporting, sharing your expertise to support business decision making.

With proven success in Talent Acquisition, whether in internal or external role, you will bring exceptional partnership and influencing skills to the table.
