We have an amazing opportunity awaiting a highly skilled and agile Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function at Boral, Australia's leading vertically integrated construction materials company. Based at our North Ryde head office, and reporting to our Head of People Services, you will join a talented and collaborative People and Culture team focused on building a highly engaging employee experience that will attract and retain the best talent in the market.
Your key focus will be on building efficient and effective processes that provide a first-class experience for internal and external stakeholders, while promoting strategies that allow us to reach our DE&I goals and set us up for success to resource some of Australia's most important infrastructure projects. You will achieve this by developing and leading a passionate team of skilled recruiters, known for their collaborative spirit, unwavering support, good humour and energy.
Your day will involve:
- Coaching, supporting and leading a talented TA team of 13 to deliver quality business outcomes
- Driving the TA strategy with a key focus on tactical sourcing, diversity recruitment and time to hire
- Delivering and steering TA projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing data and insights on recruitment activity and performance to key stakeholders
- Managing supplier relationships including preferred external agencies.
- Proven experience leading, inspiring and developing Talent Acquisition functions and team members
- Expertise in recruitment reporting and analysis along with the ability to provide quality insights
- Excellent stakeholder partnering skills with the capability to balance conflicting priorities
- Excels in a fast paced and agile environment
- Innovative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of multi-faceted sourcing strategies.
