About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager our role of Talent Acquisition Officer will see you thrive in our dynamic, fast paced and values centric team culture where you can come and go as you feel to ensure you are working on meaningful work that makes a difference to positive talent outcomes across Infinite Care. Based in our National Office located in Bundall Gold Coast, our TA team enjoy hybrid working a mixture of office days and work from home, are on an exciting journey anchored on continuous improvement across attraction, candidate experience, onboarding & volume hiring.
Working on our ATS – Livehire this role will offer volume orientated roles where you can apply your proactive sourcing and selection efficiencies & strong communication skills whilst directly partnering with our Hiring Leaders to discuss the talent you have sourced. This direct nature back into our business enables our recruiters to be agile with the operational resourcing demands, sharing candidate insights and supporting with onboarding new employees.
About You
YOU are a Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of two (2) years internal experience offering a “people person” style with a passion for delivering positive recruitment outcomes. Your work-life focus is having pride in your work, growing both personally and professionally and to work with like- minded colleagues!
We will enjoy watching you apply your skills across;
- Demonstrated end to end recruitment experience from Job briefing, talent pool outreach, advert generation, recruitment systems, screening, interview scheduling, pre-employment checking, formal offer generation and post-hire outreach activities.
- Your friendly and welcoming personal style enables you to engage with a range of hiring leaders to understand their recruitment needs, give daily/weekly updates on your progress and partner with them through the recruitment processes.
- You are an active participant in team meetings, workshops and broader HR activities.
- You have experience with interpretating EBA/Award rates, pre-employment checking platforms and drafting employment contracts.
- Ideally you will have high volume recruitment experience from either the hospitality, commercial kitchens, housekeeping and/or retail industries.
- You thoroughly understand the confidentiality nature of working in recruitment and commit to business needs compliance processes.
- Developing your recruitment career is a real passion and you are seeking a coaching/mentoring workplace that can develop you “on-the-job”.
