The importance of this roleThe
Talent Acquisition officer will provide support to the Talent acquisition team as we transition to a new and more efficient operating model.As part of your daily tasks, you will:
- Provide end to end recruitment support to stakeholders, including job posting, interview booking, and phone screening.
- Creation of job advertisements.
- Ensure ATS is up-to-date and maintained.
- Respond to candidate enquiries.
- Monitor recruitment activities and processes: follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure progress and successful placement.
- Assist in the research, development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and processes including attraction, sourcing and advertising strategies.
- Provide assistance to Talent Acquistion team members.
About youYou are a customer centric professional who can manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You can provide a high level of customer service and support the
Talent Acquisition Team.To thrive in this role your skills knowledge and experience ideally include:
- Qualifications in Human Resources/Business or equivalent relevant experience commensurate with role requirements.
- Two years’ experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
- Experience using an ATS.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
