Talent Acquisition Administration Officer

CRUX Management Services (CRUX) provide people, compliance, and corporate services to a select number of companies in the disability and child safety sector across QLD.
  
About this opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in all administrative aspects of the recruitment process. By providing a seamless candidate experience and timely support to the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  
Key responsibilities of this role:

• Provide Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative support to ensure a timely recruitment process for candidates and people managers.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing shared inboxes and allocation of emails.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to employment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Managing CRUX social media platforms and posting regular recruitment content to support our employer brand.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desired, not essential).
• Demonstrated experience in an Administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
• A customer focused attitude.
