This role can be based in either our Melbourne (Collingwood) office or Sydney (Darlinghurst) office, so we welcome candidates based in both locations.
This is initially a contract role for 6-12 months, and will be part-time (approx. 3-4 days per week).
Objective of the position
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will be a generalist talent role that will work closely with the HR team to oversee and execute on our overall Talent Acquisition needs, supporting a diverse client group across the Live Nation Australia and New Zealand.
This role will partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to provide strategic support and guidance in relation to resource planning, internal and external talent pipelining, and steering sourcing, selection and onboarding to ensure suitable candidates are engaged into our business - all while creating a positive candidate and employee experience that strengthens our diversity and inclusion practices.
During the contract period you will be predominantly managing the end-to-end recruitment of a steady volume of roles whilst identifying new ways of sourcing, hiring and onboarding, and continually look for ways to improve our sourcing and hiring processes, policies and systems.
With any additional capacity you may have, there will be opportunity to work with the HR team on projects such as our employee value proposition and diversity & inclusion hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and tasks of role
- Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles across the Live Nation Australia and New Zealand.
- Use of Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to effectively source and talent pool candidates
- Working with the HR Coordinator, assist with the onboarding of new team members, via new hires or acquisitions, either online or face to face
- Partner with hiring managers and a range of stakeholders across the business to determine the resourcing needs of the business
- Provide expert advice on talent attraction, management and retention back to the business
- Directly source talent using a mix of attraction and proactive sourcing channels as well as social media
- Build networks into key talent segments to develop proactive talent pipelines
- Manage candidate relationships and help them navigate each phase of the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive experience
- Lead process improvements within the Workday/ATS systems to optimise performance, work flow effectiveness, data capture and reporting
- Creating talent pools/maps.
- Resource planning and driving initiatives to support our talent strategy
- Deliver a best in class client service to your candidates and hiring manager’s.
- Analyse hiring trends and data available to develop relevant and competitive solutions, programs and policies, and provide input to help build a sustainable talent attraction strategy
Role Requirements
- Similar experience in a Talent Acquisition/ recruitment role
- Experience using Workday or similar ATS
- You naturally build strong relationships with your internal and external stakeholders, adapting your style and approach based on your audience.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to drive networking and candidate pool development.
- Ability to influence, design new processes & procedures and drive change effectively
- You are highly driven, proactive and adaptable
- Comfortable working autonomously and at a fast pace, as well as navigating ambiguity and occasional competing demands.
- Professional and commercially minded
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail.
- You are highly inquisitive, not afraid to ask questions and constructively challenge, in order to understand what you need to know to deliver desired outcomes
