In this newly established contract role, our client seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves overseeing recruitment for current and future openings while providing occasional HR support to the ANZ HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- International Recruitment: Coordinate with international suppliers to facilitate local recruitment efforts.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with key stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs across various departments.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Utilize recruitment tools to actively build talent pipelines for a generalist portfolio of roles including supply chain and manufacturing, encompassing both blue and white-collar positions.
- Talent Management Initiatives: Engage in talent and succession planning initiatives.
- Onboarding Process Enhancement: Evaluate and enhance onboarding and induction processes for efficiency.
- Branding: Help build an online LinkedIn presence for the organization.
- HR Generalist Support: Assist with ad hoc HR generalist tasks as required.
- Internal TA Experience: Previous experience working within internal Talent Acquisition across a generalist portfolio of roles.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Active Listening: Proficient in active listening, with a thirst for acquiring new knowledge.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
