Our client is an established organisation in Australia, providing community services and facilities to a growing population representing different cultures. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner and a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their growing team!
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner Lead, you will work in a collaborative team backed by quality systems and processes.
Your TA Partner duties will include:
- Provide practical and proactive recommendations, solutions, coaching and advice to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment strategy and selection process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their strategic business plans, objectives and operations to develop proactive approaches
- Provide mentoring and guidance to administration officers
Your Administrator duties will include:
- Provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team including but not limited to: organising interviews, selection testing, background and work right checks
- With support from the TA Partner, utilise applicant tracking software to assist in providing candidate shortlists to hiring managers
- Ensure all new starter paperwork and internal administration processes are complete and saved in HRIS
- Assist with monitoring and recording recruitment activity, placement data and generation of statistical reports to timely monthly reporting
