We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead our internal and external recruitment efforts. As a key member of our HR consulting department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our company's growth and success as well as those of our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Talent Acquisition efforts while also playing a crucial role in driving business development initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies for both internal and external positions, aligning with the organisation's objectives.
- In addition to Talent Acquisition responsibilities, actively participate in business development initiatives, including identifying new clients, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Utilise diverse sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with high-potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment verifications as required.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline, nurturing relationships with potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition, continuously improving our processes, strategies, and employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on external recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, with an acute attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Upholding the highest level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
