ABOUT THE ROLE
This role requires a well organised recruiter from an internal or agency recruitment background, to primarily work on high volume roles, but also identify new, and underutilised sourcing avenues. You must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also be a strong collaborator, have a sense of humour and be willing to jump in and lend a hand when required. This position is Full time, working 76 hours per fortnight.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with our residential care business to recruit across a broad range of high-volume roles (Carers, Hospitality staff, Registered & Enrolled Nurses, and Allied Health professionals)
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with the help of high-quality technology
- Organising fortnightly inductions and providing induction information to new starters
- Coordinating Student, Graduate and Traineeship recruitment activities

Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced internal recruitment or agency role or similar
- Experience within the aged care/health care industry (preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer literacy with intermediate MS Office skills
- Adept in the use of PageUp (or a similar applicant tracking system)
- Previous experience processing visas (desirable)
- COVID and FLU (2023) vaccinations
- Police Clearance (no older than 6 months or willing to obtain one)
