As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be
- Recruiting our frontline team members who provide direct support to our customers (people with disability, refugees, people living with mental health diagnosis etc);
- Understanding the unique needs in different services to source and screen effectively;
- Phone-screening potential candidates, helping them through their pre-employment checks, and managing them through the offer and onboarding process;
- The pre-employment check and onboarding process involves a lot of paperwork so attention to detail is a plus!
This is a full time role, onsite at our North Ryde office. Part time considered for the right candidate.
About you
We are open on your level of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience. You will have:
- Outstanding candidate care skills based on respect and integrity,
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail,
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take ownership of your vacancies and keep the process moving,
- Willingness to learn and adapt for example new approaches to sourcing, piloting alternative recruitment processes, testing improvements to our system etc.
