Our Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the delivery of recruitment services to the business. Partnering with our hiring managers, and as part of the HR Team, you’ll leverage recruitment best practices, systems & processes to attract high performing talent to join Red Bull Australia. You’ll ensure all candidates experience a premium experience through the hiring cycle, share data and insights with hiring managers on recruitment effectiveness and local market trends to inform their decisions, and be responsible for managing the recruitment budget as well as our relationships with our external partners and agencies.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- RECRUITMENT
Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses; this includes posting job ads, briefing meetings with hiring managers, phone or HireVue screening, partnering with managers for interviews and case studies, providing feedback to agencies or candidates, making job offers, including explaining C&B and T&C's.
Coaching & providing feedback to hiring managers on their interviewing and assessment skills to help them level up their recruitment capability; facilitate recruitment related training.
Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR Team – ensuring a smooth transition from Offer to Onboarding.Ensure functional expertise within TA, cultivating pipelines both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends.
Provide regular, accurate Recruitment reporting to local and regional stakeholders on the status of our current recruitment roster and effectiveness of our TA function.
Stay across local market recruitment dynamics, sharing insights with HR and Hiring Managers.
Responsibility for managing the annual recruitment budget.
Advising Managers on recruitment related issues, e.g. Visas & Sponsorship, relocation support. - INTERNAL & EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS
Empowering hiring managers and coaching them to make the right hiring decisions.
Educating hiring managers on Red Bull’s Compensation Philosophy and how to create the right C&B offer for the candidate.Partner closely with the Global Talent team, stay across updates to any internal tools and processes, communicate any changes to HR team and Hiring Managers.
Manage our relationships with external recruitment partners (e.g. reference & background checks) and recruitment agencies.
Ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers throughout the recruitment process (ensuring on-time information for all key stakeholders).
- SYSTEMS & INSIGHTS
Share data and insights (Reasons for Leaving, Early Tenure Churn) with Hiring Managers to help them learn and improve their recruitment capability.
Educate and train hiring managers on internal Recruitment Tools. Provide business, system and TA process training as needed, e.g. SmartRecruiters, Hirevue.
Responsible for leading TA projects (where relevant).
Ensure all local and global legal requirements are met regarding TA (including data privacy).Champion ‘Red Bull Wingfinder’ as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.
