Exciting opportunity to join a leading ASX listed healthcare company on a 3 month contract. Own the end-to-end recruitment of key roles, including managing the talent attraction strategy and hiring manager relationships.
The Role
This role will see you support the Lumus Imaging business as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, helping the Lumus TA team of 3 with ongoing recruitment needs.
Reporting to the Head of TA, you will be joining the wider TA team of 10.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Screening, selection and interviewing candidates for vacant roles including medical receptionists, operation managers, sonographers and radiographers.
- Advertising and sourcing roles through a variety of different channels including Seek, LinkedIn, database and proactive searches
- Managing the pre-screen and offer process and facilitating hiring manager interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to create recruitment plans and advise on best practices
- Assist with recruitment projects
- Updating and managing an efficient recruitment database
- Working closely with the HR team to manage SLAs and ensure a positive candidate experience
About You
You will be an experienced TA specialist who is able to manage and run with their own projects and roles.
- 2-5 years recruitment experience ideally from an internal role and healthcare background
- Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise
- Extensive stakeholder management experience with the ability to be a true partner & advisor
- Experience filling niche and hard to fill roles
