Weel is an Australian-founded fintech company that provides software to help businesses streamline and control company-wide spending without holding their team back. Finance teams use Weel to instantly issue virtual corporate cards, proactively control spending and automate their expense reporting. We're Australia's leading spend management solution.

We love our face to face time and operate in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week of working from the office (in a central Sydney CBD location).

Your impact

As a passionate, results-driven Recruiter you will be excited to deep dive into all aspects of P&C and provide support across a variety of TA and non-TA-related projects.

You will be exposed to a lean and fast-paced working environment surrounded by smart, passionate people. Around 70% of your time will be spent hiring top talent from junior to senior level and working closely with hiring managers across Sales, Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and Design to deliver one of our most important objectives: attract and retain the best talent to Weel.

The other 30% of your time will be spent concentrating on our Employee Experience (EX) agenda organising incredible office bonding events, onboarding new starters, and other general P&C driven initiatives to make Weel the best place to work.

A day in the life...

Build solid relationships with hiring managers through face-to-face interaction and support them along their hiring journey

Position yourself as a Talent Partner and expert, advising on recruitment strategy, putting the right candidate forward, helping hiring managers to make decisions and support your case with data driven analysis

Create passive pipelines for all upcoming roles and build a strong Weel candidate community with exciting content

Own and manage Lever and Linkedin and provide sufficient Hiring Manager training to ensure a formulaic and automated process

Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new team members

Assist with planning and delivery of cultural events and initiatives across WeelVaried administrative tasks support People & Culture Team projects - across the employee lifecycle

Skills we'd love you to bring along

A Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter with min 2 years in delivering all stages of the recruitment process from advertisement to offer

Strong employee experience focus

Experience managing relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders Advanced sourcing skills

Self-starter with a can-do attitude and confidence in working with stakeholders on all levels

A natural people's person with great communication, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Worked part of the wider P&C team and was involved with employee experience initiatives outside of the TA perspective

Lever EXPERT - ability to create relevant dashboards and automate the reporting process
