The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspect of the HR function at the hotel including recruitment, learning and development, engagement, WHS, performance management and administrative tasks. You will be an exceptional multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail.
In this role you will work closely with the leadership team to create attraction and development strategies, proactively manage L&D requirements and opportunities across the hotel and promote WH&S best practices to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing is a focus at all times. As an active member of the Executive team you will be exposed to confidential business information and decisions.
You will be an energetic, engaging and collaborative leader and a confident communicator with a genuine, friendly personality that sees you to build strong rapports that encourages employee engagement and enhances the Hotel culture and service standards.
