- Drive the development and execution of forward-thinking recruitment strategies aimed at identifying, assessing, and securing the brightest minds entering the workforce.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to gain deep insights into talent needs and ensure that recruitment efforts are closely aligned with Orica's overarching business objectives.
- Leverage an array of sourcing channels, from university partnerships to social media platforms and industry gatherings, to actively seek out and engage with high-potential candidates.
- Develop relationships with leading universities, student organizations, and industry associations to amplify Orica's presence and reputation as an employer of choice within the graduate community.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach and screening to interview coordination and offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key universities, student organizations, and industry associations to strengthen Orica's employer brand among the graduate community.
- A track record of success in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role for a complex/matrixed, global organisation
- Deep knowledge and understanding of early careers or graduate recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of graduate sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
