This opportunity is for an individual that will work alongside the Talent Business Partner to ensure the timely management of recruitment activities, systems and processes.
About the Position
This role requires human resources knowledge and it will support the talent and sourcing coordination for the allocated stakeholder group, coordination of purchasing processes and intranet page maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Monitor, traigage and allocate tasks in the Talent email inbox
- Ownership of data analysis and reporting for the Talent function
- Processing employee varations; Change in hours, title changes etc
- Ownership of onboarding documentation and checking of required checks for newstarters
- Assisting with position maintenance; Employee movements, change in work conditions etc
- Posting of job advertisements
- Document library management
- Coordinate work experience and vocational placement requests
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a similar role within the human resources field
- Hands on experience utilising and managing a range of systems; PageUp, Aurion, EDNA and Oracle
- Data interpretation and reporting skills including Excel and PowerBI
