Cornetts Support Office is looking for a part-time team member to work in our Accounts team for 20 hours per week. There is opportunity for additional hours to cover leave. This role could suit a University/TAFE student or someone who wishes to work during school hours.
This role will work between Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to hours.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing of both accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Accurately entering and processing accounts
- Reconciling accounts, invoices and statements
- Following up on outstanding debtors and creditors
- Providing assistance to stores and internal customers to answer questions and enquiries
- Other general administration tasks as required
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts
- Experience using enterprise systems, such as NAV, SAP or Oracle is preferable
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer service focus
