About the Role
- As a Talent Resourcer with ReillyScott, you will partner with the Managing Partner on recruitment projects, predominantly within sales and sales leadership.
- You will only be working on exclusive projects, no contingent work.
- In this role, you will be fully supported by the Managing Partner, who will manage the client side of the project (you’ll still co-attend all client meetings). Your role will focus more on the candidate engagement and selection part of the recruitment process.
- We have a proven methodology that will underpin your delivery activities and support you in achieving your KPIs.
- We don’t measure irrelevant KPI’s (meetings per week etc.). We purely focus on placement numbers and client satisfaction.
- Although this is a work from home role you will have regular interaction with a close-knit, hard-working and fun-loving team. We make every effort to get together a couple of times a year for lunch and drinks and when we can’t meet in person, we have virtual hangouts.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3+ years experience in a recruitment or Talent Resourcer role, ideally agency side.
- A passion for talent acquisition and project delivery - proactively sourcing and engaging high-fit candidates (both active and passive)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and remotely.
- A fit with a positive culture that promotes accountability, open communication and consistent improvement.
