We are on the lookout for a part-time Therapy Assistant to join our team at Emerald Life Aged Care Home in West Leederville.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by undertaking group and individual interventions as per their individualised care plans.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
Now... to ensure our staff and residents at Emerald Life Aged Care Home get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- Cert III in Allied Health Assistance (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
