This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well established not-for-profit organisation with a reputable presence nationally.
This role will be to support the greater business. Your role will heavily entail responding to all industrial and employee relations matters across staff, provide legislative advise to employees and managers, undertaking investigations, liaising with various stakeholders, performance and grievance management and also assist with updating business policies and employee records as required.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience in a HR role with a strong IR/ER focus
- Proven and extensive knowledge of legislations, the fair work act and modern awards as this business works across 13 of them
- Able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders within all sectors of the business
- Experience using ELMO and intermediate to advanced Microsoft would be highly advantageous
- Reviewing and updating policies as required and other adhoc HR support duties
- A self starter who can use initiative, multi task, work autonomously whilst also in a team
This role is available ASAP; it is a full time permanent position working in their offices in the central Gold Coast with the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home if you desire.
