The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive coordinator to join our company award winning Talent & Resourcing Team.
As our Talent & Resourcing Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our recruitment process by providing crucial support to our talented team of recruiters, liaising with internal stakeholders and working closely with job seekers to ensure best practice recruitment and onboarding processes are delivered.
Bringing your energy, enthusiasm and outstanding interpersonal skills, you will join a fantastic and collaborative team culture that will support your development and growth in recruitment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist Talent & Resourcing Advisors with screening candidates for various positions.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work with the Talent & Resourcing Manager to streamline recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and requests
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)
- Prior experience in Recruitment, HR Administration or similar in customer facing role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisation and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency with systems and software packages, including the Microsoft Office Suite
