The Role:
Working within the broader HR, Recruitment and Training division, this busy, varied role offers support to the HR management team with ad hoc support to the recruitment team.
Duties will include:
- Award interpretation and advice around Enterprise Agreements
- Onboarding support
- Interpretation and application of employment law and the Fair Work Act
- Reviewing requirements around casual staff and conversions
- Performance review management
- Documentation, reporting and administrative support
The Person:
- This role would suit a hands-on HR Coordinator with a few years' experience and a tertiary education.
- You will be a team player, able to work effectively both independently and as part of the broader team.
- You should be well organised and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
