The job responsibilities for Tax Accountant are as following: -
- Compiling tax statements, financial reports, and BAS statements for 3, 6, and 12-month periods.
- Timely creation and delivery of statements and documents to clients, adhering to specified deadlines.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of tax legislation and statutory regulations.
- Coordinating with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other relevant regulatory entities as needed.
- Identifying opportunities for clients and businesses to minimize tax liabilities, submit claims, and enhance profitability.
- Routinely assessing systems and implementing updates and enhancements when necessary.
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Generating business income tax returns and reports for audit purposes.
Required
- Have at least 1+ years of experience working in accounting practice
- Hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring Accounting and Taxation
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Hold at least 2 years Valid Work Visa or Permanent Residency Visa.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience. Role is for immediate start.
