Your Role as a Tax Accountant:
As a Tax Accountant, you will be involved in:

• Consulting on tax and business-related matters (Division 7A, CGT, FBT, GST, etc.).
• Handling compliance work for various structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders).
• Preparing BAS and IAS statements.
• Direct client interaction and support.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including public practice experience.
• Accounting qualifications, ideally CA or CPA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Proven teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with Xero is preferred.

Desired Qualities:

• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Good sense of humour.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Australian tax is essential.
