Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Tax Accountant. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statements, and accounting tasks, including tax returns for individuals, sole traders, companies and trusts.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Registered Tax Agent
- At least 7 years of accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Have a growth mindset and can-do attitude in order to assist clients
- Can work autonomously and see the project through from start to finish
