We are now seeking an experienced TDS & Capability Business Partner to join our team where you will be working on a high-profile dynamic project. The ultimate purpose of this role is to promote a culture of operational excellence and regulatory compliance, and to ensure document and record management on our contracts and projects meet The Downer Standard requirements.
About the role
As TDS & CapabilityBusiness Partner, you will be leading a centralised team of Document Control specialists and focus on ensuring accurate and up-to-date management and governance of project documentation. You will also;

• Deliver training and communication sessions across the Business Unit to raise the awareness and understanding of new processes and changes
• Responsible for governing, monitoring, analysing and driving opportunities to continuously improve the Document Control and QA/QC practice throughout the business
• Lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality services to internal & external stakeholders.
• Oversee service level agreements, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies for continual service improvement and optimisation
• Propose plans and lead process improvement initiatives that reduce cost and optimise processes to remove waste and low-value activities from the team or business
• Identify and address compliance gaps, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
