We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teacher Aide to join our Junior School team. This role will primarily work within lower primary. The position is offered on a permanent part time basis for 35 hours per week, during term time.
The Teacher Aide will be required to support the classroom teacher and to assist specific students within the classroom.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain effective rapport and working relationships with students, classroom teachers, parents and other members of the School community;
- High level of written and oral communication for a range of specific purposes and audiences;
- Demonstrated ability and initiative to apply your skills in supporting students to achieve successful learning outcomes;
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role; and
- Hold a Certificate III in Educational Support or higher.
