The Person
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Hospitality management position
- Experience in working across multiple sites
- Experience in retail and function catering with knowledge for quoting
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
- Strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Holds a current WWVP or ability to obtain
- Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence
- Responsible for the catering operations of the retail sites and functions
- Hours are mainly on weekday, occasionally night and weekend shifts
- Plan and organise events
- Manage labour and food costs
- Lead and manage staff members
- Maintain client and customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative duties
